Zubereitung:
- Prepare the pancake batter: In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk and eggs and mix to form a smooth batter. Leave the batter to rest for about 10 minutes. Fry the pancakes: Heat a pan with a little butter or oil. Pour a small ladleful of batter into the pan and spread the batter evenly. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown over medium heat. Repeat this process with the rest of the batter until all the pancakes are fried.Prepare the fruit: Wash and drain the blueberries and raspberries thoroughly.Serve the pancakes: Arrange the fried pancakes on plates. Top with the fresh blueberries and raspberries. Drizzle with maple syrup or powdered sugar to taste.Serve: Serve the pancakes with fruit warm and enjoy!
